• Please include the Link to the Tutorial/Tool used (failure to do so, may result in no response).
• Provide specific and detailed information. Mention the operating system used, exact version of tool (if a tool such as YUMI or UUI were used), and exact steps taken to reproduce the problem.
• For download and extraction issues, please don't use a download manager. If the file is zipped, you should be using 7zip to extract the archive.
